•Fishing Education program
Classroom instruction - a one-hour presentation conducted at any place where your group meets. The presentation covers topics such as native fish, fish biology and habitat requirements, fishing safety and ethics, fishing regulations and basic fishing techniques.
Field instructions - is a three -to four-hour hands-on fishing event at mzima fishing pond, ena river , thiba river or nearby body of water of your choice.

• Beginner Fly fishing class
Learn about trout streams(Mt.kenya) and what trout eat.
Learn where trout live in the streams, how to cast to them, to get a good drift and how to wade safely.
• Beginner Fly tying class(for trout)
you will start with easier flies then progress to more complicated patterns. You will learn about the fly tying tools.
fly fishing is more than a sport, it is a tradition that tantalizes the imagination and urges you to learn more.
Learn how to do it or at least get started on the journey.
•Macadamia nut farm tour(guided)

•Bird watching trips
Highland forest and stream side birds e.g Ayre's hawk eagle, mountain wagtail etc.
Bush birds e.g banded snake eagle, golden breasted starling, northern grey tiy etc.

Day 2: full day bird watching picnic lunch, overnight at lodge/campingsite
Day 3: full/half day bird watching ( kamburu & kindaruma dam shores) overnight at lodge/camping site

•Rebuilding natural habitat excursion
Day 1- Arrive in Embu
early morning pick up from central place in Nairobi, driving north,to arrive at masinga dam resort for lunch.
Afternoon: enjoy a tour to Adamson falls. Dinner and overnight at masinga dam resort.
Day 2. Early tea and then head to mzima fishing and camping site for a bush breakfast. Proceed to kiangombe forest reserve to plant trees while learning about exotic trees and different indigenous medicinal plants and trees such as cardial, abyssinica, ficus sycomonuous etc. Return to mzima fishing and camping site for late bbq lunch.
Evening: optional camping or return to masinga dam resort.
Day 3: early morning breakfast. Drive back to Nairobi arriving by noon. Drop off at central location.

•Cave exploration in kirimiri (historically significant as it served as the hideout for several mau mau freedom fighters including veteran Embu freedom hero general Kubu Kubu)
Early morning pick up 7:30hrs from central location in Nairobi, driving north. Briefing will be given by guide, start kirimiri cave exploration for three hours. Depart to thuuci river lodge for lunch, freshen up. Transfer back to Nairobi.

Morning: visit seven forks hydro electric power dam.
Evening: catch trout fish on ena river and cook for dinner.

Morning: visit local market and buy fresh ingredients for dinner. Visit local farms in the village.
Afternoon: lunch with locals at mzima fishing and camping site followed by drumming session with mbeere drummers.

Morning: depart.

Afternoon: local brick making activity ( learn how locals construct houses using earth, clay/ceramic energy saving cooking stoves. )
Day 2
Morning: school exchange with students from local area school.
Afternoon: tea farm and factory visit(learn about planting,picking,roasting and tasting).
Day 3
Morning: organic farm tour
Afternoon: picnic lunch at mzima fishing and camping site.
Day 4
Morning: visit unique rock/stone bridge ( interesting rock formation )
Afternoon: traditional activities ( fish hook making, handi crafts, tea basket making )
